The meaning of work to me is that financial and personal success can be achieved by implementing ethical practices.  I hold my integrity close to my heart and will not compromise that for any level of success.  It is my belief that offering a quality and differentiated product or service is as important as setting an industry standard for ethical and moral business practices.  Companies can reach profit goals, while working towards setting an example for practicing responsible business, not only socially but also environmentally.
